1:3 ratio of leaves to oil. so if you had 100 grams of leaves, use 300 grams oil. blanch for 30 seconds in boiling water and then shock in ice water. drain and squeeze out all the water. add to a blender and blend for 2 min, it should be warm to the touch. Strain through a nut bag or tea towel. store in a jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks!
